Bubble Rush

Bubble Rush is the newest exciting event to be introduced to the Cransley Hospice Fundraising Portfolio, and looks to be our largest for 2018. This event, which has taken the UK by storm and is growing in popularity, is a 5km run, walk, or toddle! 'Bubblers' start in a sea of bubbles and meet four Bubble Stations along the route which pump out coloured bubbles. Bubble Rush is family-friendly, with everyone receiving a medal at the end. The event will take place on Sunday 20th May 2018 at Wicksteed Park in Kettering, Northamptonshire. For spectators, the event village will offer food outlets, refreshments, merchandise stalls, a selfie tent, and P.A to keep everyone entertained.

FARMERS MARKET

Higham Ferrers Farmers' Market is held in the historic market square between 9am and 1pm on the last Saturday of each month except in December when it is moved to the last available Saturday before Christmas.
Our Farmers Market is accredited to the FARMA ASSOCATION is a very successful monthly market, with over 20 stalls each offering something different.
The produce varies from Aberdeen Angus beef, eggs and vegetables, to Italian peppers, free range poultry, pork in all its forms in addition to pickles, pies, cupcakes, craft beer, olives, baklava, fruit and honey, preserves, traditional bread, plants & cheese.
When you visit the market you are able to purchase fresh produce direct from the stall holders and ask any questions with regards to the provenance. They are always willing to offer you their advice and even some recipes.
The FARMA association visits and inspects the market to ensure it complies with a strict set of rules and to ensure that all the stall holders are operating within the rules.
We regularly provide extra activities such as our Annual Free raffle, our Birthday in April and Father Christmas joins us along with a brass band in December.

Come and join us for an exciting Car Treasure Hunt. Serve are promoting our Volunteer Drivers scheme by giving teams clues in and around the Rushden area to solve towards reaching the mystery end destination!
There are prizes to be won and refreshments for everyone taking part!
