Experience life as a knight in the medieval encampment at Chichele College with re-enactments of cooking, a barber surgeon, knights and combat and a chapel tent. There will also be an archaeology exhibition and activities by Higham Ferrers Archaeology and Research Society (HiFARS).

COUNT DOWN TO CHARTER CELEBRATION DAY

COUNT DOWN TO CHARTER CELEBRATION DAY

St Mary's Church will be open for guided tours throughout the day and The Bedford Chamber Choir will be singing from 3pm.

Medieval Evensong at 5pm - a special service of sung evening prayers, often called Vespers, one of the most important services of the Medieval Liturgy of the Hours. Come and join in, a beautiful reflective service where candles will be lit and thanksgiving is made for the day.
