Time capsule buried to commemorate the end of East Northants Council
A time capsule has been buried in the gardens at East Northamptonshire Council to commemorate the end of the Council on 31 March 2021.
Cllr Helen Howell, ENC's final Chairman, alongside ENC's Chief Executive David Oliver officially buried the capsule during a ceremony on Wednesday 17 March.

The short section of footpath from Bury Close towards the path (VC1) that links to Midland Road, is temporarily closed whilst the surface is upgraded to tarmac.
The works are expected to take 2 weeks and the Council apologises for the inconvenience whilst these works take place.
