This page contains details of all the events and competitions that we have running to mark the historic event of a Coronation.

The Town Council, with support from some of our local businesses, are gifting commemorative coronation coins to children attending the primary schools and nurseries within Higham Ferrers. Each coin will be personalised to include the Higham Ferrers Town Seal on the reverse. The coins will come with a keepsake card.

We are providing the opportunity to all Higham Ferrers residents to purchase a coin if they would like. The cost of this will need to be fulfilled by the individual placing the order. The price of the coin will depend on how many we order from the supplier; the greater the number ordered the lower the cost. The price of the coin is expected to be no more than £4. The price passed on to you is the cost price of the coin to the Town Council. Once the coins have been delivered directly to us, we will notify you that your order is ready for collection and will confirm the price to you. Cash payment is required at the time of collection. Please ensure you order the correct amount as we will not be able to add extras to our order with the supplier. All orders must be placed with the Town Council by Friday 12^th May 2023.
