Freedom of Information Act
Higham Ferrers Town Council has adopted the Model Publiucation Scheme for Town and Parish Councils as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2008 which came into force on 01 January 2009. Documents which will be made available under the scheme are listed and any requests outside the model scheme will be considered on an on application basis.
